This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for purchases of the Apps-EcoSystem Service. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you buy (Demo)
We provide a free Demo of your Telegram Bot and Mini App before any payment is taken, so you can evaluate the Service. The Demo is free of charge and is not subject to refund.
2. Subscriptions
Cooling-off period. If you have not yet used the paid features, you may request a full refund of a new Subscription purchase within fourteen (14) days of payment.
After activation/use. Once you have started using the paid features within a Billing Period, that Billing Period is generally non-refundable, because the Service is provisioned and made available to you immediately.
Cancellation. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the administrative dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect from the next Billing Period; the current prepaid Billing Period is not refunded but remains available to you until it ends.
Renewals. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service in the new Billing Period, contact us promptly and we will review your request in good faith.
3. Prepaid Balance and Usage-Based Services
Consumed usage is non-refundable. Amounts already deducted from your Balance for Usage-Based Services that have been delivered — including AI-generated media (promotional videos, banners, images or videos generated from your prompts) and additional file storage already provided — are non-refundable, because these are consumed on use and cannot be returned.
Unused Balance. Any remaining, unused prepaid Balance may be refunded on request, less any amounts already consumed and any non-refundable transaction or processing fees, except where a refund is not permitted by the payment provider. We may decline refunds of Balance where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse.
4. Payments processed by a merchant of record
Where your purchase was processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record (for example, Paddle), that provider is the seller of record for the transaction. Refunds for such purchases may be subject to that provider's buyer terms and refund procedures, and refund requests may be handled by, or coordinated with, that provider. This does not affect any refund rights you have under this Policy or under mandatory law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through https://t.me/EcoSytemBot with your account details, the transaction identifier and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Service issues
If the Service is materially defective or not delivered as described, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Where we are unable to resolve a material failure, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected, unused portion of your purchase.
7. Your statutory rights
Where mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction grants you refund or cancellation rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights prevail over this Policy to the extent required by law.
